ANGLE GUIDELINES
The Wedge is designed to give you customizable support throughout your feeding journey. Before using The Wedge with baby, try the different angles and positions on your own to find the level of support that feels most comfortable for you.
30° | 3-Wedge Stack | Suggested Age: 0–4 Months
Maximum elevation. Often helpful during the newborn stage to bring smaller babies higher and closer when used under a nursing pillow. Can also be turned on its side for arm support at any stage.
20° | 2-Wedge Stack | Suggested Age: 0+ Months
Everyday adjustable support. Use under a nursing pillow or on its own to bring baby closer to your breast and customize your feeding position.
10° | 1-Wedge Stack | Suggested Age: 0+ Months
Gentle elevation. Ideal for adding a subtle lift under taller or bulkier nursing pillows, or use on its own for targeted hand, wrist, and arm support.
ROTATE | Wedge Block | Suggested Age: 0+ Months
Rotate the Wedge Slices to create a supportive block for extra height and added hand, wrist, and arm support.
These are general guidelines, not age requirements. Choose the angle and position that provides the most comfortable support for you and baby.
USING THE WEDGE
1.USING THE WEDGE UNDER A NURSING PILLOW
Position baby securely on your nursing pillow, belly to belly with you, and maintain contact with baby. Keeping one arm supporting baby, gently lift the nursing pillow and slide The Wedge underneath the side where you'll be feeding. Position The Wedge on your thigh, as close to your hip as possible. Lower the nursing pillow onto The Wedge and adjust as needed. Baby's weight and the nursing pillow will help hold The Wedge in place during feeding.
TIP: Once baby is secure and feeding, gently press The Wedge toward your body for a snugger fit.
TIP: If The Wedge slips out from under your nursing pillow, try removing one wedge slice for a lower angle.
For larger or older babies, wrap baby's legs around your side in an L-shaped position for a more secure feed.
While baby is feeding, keep one hand on baby's back to maintain contact and support in case of sudden movement or rolling.
Always maintain contact with and support baby during use. Never leave baby unattended. Never allow baby to sleep on this product. Do not use in a crib or other sleeping device. Adult supervision is required.
2.USING THE WEDGE ON ITS OWN
Choose your desired Wedge angle and position The Wedge securely across your lap, as close to your body as possible. Position baby on The Wedge, belly to belly with you, with baby's head resting on the higher end. Adjust your positioning as needed for a comfortable, supported feed. Baby's weight will help hold The Wedge in place during feeding.
TIP: Once baby is secure and feeding, gently nudge The Wedge toward your body for a snugger fit.
For larger or older babies, wrap baby's legs around your side in an L-shaped position for a more secure feed.

The Wedge is a patented, adjustable-angle feeding support with three buildable 10 degree wedge slices, so you can customize your support as your feeding needs change.
NO. Never place The Wedge or individual Wedge Slices in a crib, bassinet, or other infant sleep space. The Wedge is not intended for sleep or to modify or incline a baby's sleep surface.
Every mom, baby, and feeding journey is different. Start with the angle that feels right for you and adjust your Wedge as your support needs change. The three buildable 10° slices give you the flexibility to customize your support along the way. TIP: Start with 20 degrees of support and adjust up and down from there.
