At Acute Baby Co., safety is at the heart of everything we do. The Wedge is designed to provide customizable support during feeding. Please read and follow all product instructions, warnings, and safety information provided with The Wedge before use.
IMPORTANT PRODUCT SAFETY
The Wedge is intended for adult-supervised feeding use. Never leave baby unattended while using The Wedge.
The Wedge is not intended for infant sleep or lounging. If baby falls asleep while using The Wedge, or if you feel drowsy, move baby to an appropriate infant sleep product, such as a crib or bassinet.
Never place The Wedge, individual Wedge slices, or any of its components in a crib, bassinet, play yard, or anywhere baby sleeps.
Do not use The Wedge or its components to elevate an infant for sleep, including in an attempt to address reflux, spit-up, or other feeding concerns.
Do not use The Wedge to prop baby alone on beds, sofas, or other raised surfaces.
Do not use The Wedge to carry baby.
The Wedge and its components are not toys. Always use The Wedge according to the included product instructions and warnings.
Never use The Wedge to prop a bottle or allow an infant to self-feed.
PROPER USE
The Wedge should only be used as directed in the product instructions.
Before each use, ensure The Wedge is properly assembled and positioned. If Wedge slices have been removed or repositioned, make sure the cover is adjusted and securely tied according to the included instructions.
Do not use The Wedge if any component is damaged or broken. Inspect the product before use and discontinue use if you notice damage or deterioration that may affect the product's integrity or safe use.
FOR USE WITH NURSING PILLOWS & THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS
The Wedge is designed to work with most nursing pillows. Because nursing pillows vary in shape, firmness, construction, and fit, compatibility and comfort may vary.
For maximum support, we recommend pairing The Wedge with a nursing pillow that has a flat, firm surface and secures around the user's waist for extra support.
Acute Baby Co. is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party nursing pillow brand unless expressly stated otherwise. Always follow the use and safety instructions provided with both The Wedge and any third-party product used with it.
Acute Baby Co. is not responsible for improper use of The Wedge or for the design, performance, safety, or misuse of third-party products.
FEEDING, POSITIONING & INDIVIDUAL RESULTS
Every mom, baby, body, and feeding journey is different. The amount and angle of support that feels comfortable may vary from person to person and may change as your baby grows.
The Wedge allows users to customize their positioning and support by removing, flipping, rotating, and repositioning the Wedge slices. Users should select a configuration that is comfortable and appropriate for their individual needs and always maintain direct adult supervision of baby.

The Wedge is a support product and is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, illness, or medical condition.
Statements regarding comfort, positioning, latch, physical strain, digestion, gas, spit-up, reflux, or other feeding-related experiences describe ways that positioning and support may help some users. They are not guarantees of results or claims that The Wedge will diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a medical condition.

PRODUCT SAFETY TESTING & CERTIFICATION
The Wedge was designed in accordance with applicable U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) safety requirements and is currently preparing to undergo required third-party safety testing.
No products will ship to customers until required safety testing is complete and all applicable safety requirements have been met.
Following successful completion of required testing, Acute Baby Co. will issue the applicable Children's Product Certificate (CPC) based on the required test results and certification requirements.
MATERIALS & CERTIFICATIONS
The Wedge is made with CertiPUR-US® certified foam. Certification claims made by Acute Baby Co. apply only to the specific materials or components covered by the applicable certification.
The Wedge cover is made with OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified yarns. This certification applies to the yarns used to create the fabric.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
Always follow the care instructions provided with The Wedge. Inspect the product regularly for signs of damage, excessive wear, or deterioration.
Some yellowing of the foam over time is normal. Polyurethane foam can naturally change color as it ages and is exposed to light and air. This discoloration does not necessarily mean the foam has gone bad or is defective. Discontinue use if the foam shows signs of damage or deterioration that may affect the product's integrity or safe use.
WATERPROOF LINERS
Waterproof Liners are designed to provide an additional layer of protection between The Wedge cover and foam. They do not make the entire product waterproof.
Always follow the included instructions for proper placement, use, cleaning, and care of Waterproof Liners.
PREORDER DISCLAIMER
The Wedge and select Acute Baby Co. products are currently available for preorder and are not yet ready to ship. Estimated shipping dates are provided in good faith but are subject to change due to production, testing, shipping, or other unforeseen delays.
No products will ship until all required product safety testing is complete and applicable safety requirements have been met.
By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a product in advance of its expected ship date and that the estimated shipping timeline may change. If there is a significant change to the expected shipping timeline, Acute Baby Co. will provide updates to preorder customers using the email address provided at checkout.
Preorder cancellations, changes, and refunds are subject to the terms of Acute Baby Co.'s Preorder Policy.
