Domestic shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Return policy
Acute Baby Co. has a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Because our products are hygienic items, returned items cannot be used for nursing. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, email wendy@acutebabyco.com. Once the unused condition is verified, you'll receive a return shipping label and instructions.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange for a different color, email wendy@acutebabyco.com. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (minus the cost of return shipping) on your original payment method. It can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact wendy@acutebabyco.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or the incorrect item. We will evaluate the issue quickly and make it right.
